Terms & Conditions 

1.  Terms and Conditions of Products - By completing a purchase through Benchmark Pro Shop, a purchaser agrees to all Terms and Conditions. Any Pre-Orders, Orders or work to be done the purchaser agrees to pay up-front before the work is taking place.

 

2.  Our Policy - Benchmark Pro Shop is committed to providing quality of products and value to our customers. All Returns and Exchanges can only be honored for items purchased from Benchmark Pro Shop and so long as it is new and unused, and in its original packaging, within 30 days along with your original receipt. Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift Cards

  • Used Merchandise

  • Bowling Ball (s) that have been drilled

  • Closeout Items and Special Orders

  • Bowling Shoes that have been worn on a lane or show signs of wear or dirt.

 

3.  Personal BelongingsPlease be advised that we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged bowling ball (s). All ball work that is done must be picked up within 45 days. All Personal Property is not allowed for storing in our shop at any time.

4.  Storage Fees - ​There will be a $5 storage fee per month per item(s) after 45 days for any bowling ball that has been done and not picked up by customer. If for any reason a customer is unable to pick up his/her bowling ball(s) customer must schedule a day/time on the weekend or send someone else to pick it up. If a customer does not responded to our messages, emails or phone calls after 60 days and several attempts of contacting the customer, we, Owner of Benchmark Pro Shop, will then donating the items.
